Both my wife and I have been in the shop three times collectively and have had exactly the same crappy experiences. Bike Fittings! After a particularly rough mountain bike ride, I went in here and they fitted the bike to me perfectly. Seems I had been riding with the seat too low and too forward. They also adjusted my handlebars. Riding is now much easier!
