Trek bicycle in Golden is great. The employees are very kind and knowledgeable and very helpful. The service employees are great even if you don’t buy a bike there, they will fix your bike. Trent is awesome !
I have dropped off the bike a couple of times - for a service and an upgrade. Each time was a great experience. Trent and Mason are very helpful each time I have encountered them. Thanks for the help guys! It's seems rare these days to receive impeccable customer service.
The services are great at Golden Trek Bicycles. I have taken two bikes in there. The first was my wife’s that would not shift gears. The technician put it up and explored why. Turns out in the course of answering his questions it turns out that the fact that I stored it in the garage and she hadn’t ridden it in a couple years it rusted up. He took the cable to the gear shifter off, lubricated the whole thing, put it back on and it shifted gears beautifully While he was at it took the cables for both brakes and lubricated the... read more
Awesome shop and awesome staff. Very very helpful crew, we had a great time riding around Golden. Had a blast and covered a lot of ground with the E bikes they provided for us. The 5 stars is well deserved. I had a drivetrain clicking/rubbing noise for a few months and decided to take my bike to the shop I bought it from in Highlands Ranch (40 min one way drive) for a tune-up and the drivetrain issue. Received the bike back and the issue was not resolved (other work done great). I decided to try again with fixing the drivetrain issue and dropped it off with this shop in Golden (10 min one way drive).
