My husband, Jimmy and I brought our first RV to Elmer at Big Rig Specialists for service and have continued to bring it in for other work, because this is the best place to bring your RV for any kind of work or service. Elmer is knowledgeable, professional and quick. Elmer changed our AC system and installed other updates we wanted in our RV. Elmer knows how to work with the insurance companies and his prices are fair. Your calls will be answered quickly, Mary in the office is really nice and helpful also,
From Mary in the office to the guys in the shop this is a great place to bring your rig. We brought our stock RV in for a full suspension upgrade, and bring it in for regular maintenance of the engine and generator. They are very professional and have always done a great job on our RV. They go the extra mile to make sure things are done right and are super honest about the work and pricing.
Brought my Limo in for A/C and electrical issues. Owner himself jumped on the problem and took care of it with ease. It was complicated but he made it seem easy. Will definitely bring all my work back here.
Very pleased! Hard to find anyone to work on dash AC. They do! Took me in right away, had the diagnosis in one day! Got the parts in and had the motorhome ready the same day the parts arrived!
