I can only rate based on limited customer service experience. I needed a semi to back my trailer in a dock. I called about 0630 on Sunday morning. Didn't expect an answer that early just wanted number in phone for later. I think an answering service picked up (not sure) and then she forwarded me to the business. The guy was pleasant. Told I might need him later around 0900 to back my trailer into a dock because the landing gear was stuck on the ground. He said no problem. 3 hour min.
