Very professional, very meticulous, very patient, and very courteous!! Over two days' time, Mr. G. Rodriguez worked through issue after issue to get to the bottom of our truck's DEF issue. Not only did he find several other problems that totalled the breakdown, which they fixed, but he gave expert guidance on how to care for the issues and how to prevent them.
