I visit the shop on a Saturday. Even though the shop was closed for the weekend. They have road side assistance available for help. I drove my rig to the shop and they replaced my airbag on trailer. Knowledgeable technician and nice lady on the phone who has patience even though I was kind of rushing and nervous about checking truck in. She assured me that I will be taken care of “Slow is smooth , smooth is fast” Thanks to Big Rig One Stop, I was able to make my delivery on time!
Called Friday evening to get a quote to tow a Semi ($250/hr) but because of Interstate being shut down all night, they suggested to call tomorrow cause will be a long wait. Next day they came exactly at advertised time, fair price also, aprox $700 for 55miles tow for a Semi+trailer, will use in the future if needed. Not 5star cause whoever answer the phone was hard to hear every time I called, maybe better change provider or phones.
I called the shop and Joseph came through my truck didn't start I was having problems with my MCM system and he found the problem right away you know what guys I do recommend the shop right here everyone if you break down call these people here they will help you out the price is reasonable and I appreciate the help thank you for getting me back on the road guys thank you Joseph thank you for your hard work and thank you for your knowledge
