I scheduled 3 weeks in advance for moving help. I am 65 and widowed and had no help locally. They were late, I called. Dave says let me call my guys and call you back as " they are on the way" since you are on the schedule. Never heard anything from him again. Let me completely out on a limb with a rented truck in the driveway. Still no word from him a week later. Not even an apology
U-Haul set a date and a pay code the service never showed up I called several times no response my 85 year old mother my spouse with back issues and myself with stage 4 cancer had to get a dolly and unload the truck ourselves it was difficult and upsetting and yes extremely disappointed
Mike & Mike were great! They unloaded my U-Haul, hung my tv and mirror so quickly and at a good price!
I highly recommend Big Reds for all your handyman needs. He professionally & evenly repaired/rehung our heavy picture-window rod & curtains after our dog left them hanging at a diagonal. Also, my husband wanted them raised by 2". Best of all, the entire job w/parts only cost $40! I will definitely be calling Big Reds back to do multiple home improvement projects. Thank you BIG RED!
DO NOT USE. They will not finish the job and take 100 breaks. DO NOT USE. We are very disappointed with them.
