I always dread getting my taxes done, because everyone seems to act like a robot. And some of them look puzzled about what they are doing! Which really creates no confidence in them. But this time I had Jon at Big Red do my taxes and he was down to earth and really knew what he was doing. I will be going back every year to have him do my taxes. Plus he is very affordable too!
Stay away! I’m still paying back the IRS over $5,000 because I used this tax service. Totally incompetent. I see people put fast and cheap but you get what you pay for.
