We’re very happy to have ended up in the home we wanted, and we’re thankful for our realtor’s help in getting us there. She was extremely knowledgeable and played an important role in guiding us through the process, especially when things got a little challenging. We always felt like she knew what she was doing and had our best interests in mind. In the end, we’re happy with how everything turned out and appreciate all the work she put in for us.
I had an incredible experience working with Tracy at Big Red Real Estate. Tracy is very personable, and I always felt comfortable talking with her. As a first-time seller, I had a lot of questions. Tracy was always very prompt and professional in answering my questions. She advertised the home I was selling, showed the home several times, and even had an open house. Fortunately, I was able to get my home sold.

They needed the roof shoveled for about month before they got it taken care of, roof leaks into my bathroom, have had to leave a bucket unfer the vent for the entire period of renting so far.
