I lost my keys and called these guys through AAA to get a replacement FOB and key. 7 months later the key blade fell out from the FOB. The only use it got was going in and out of a car on a keychain. Big Red refused to honor their work and said that their key FOBs are only covered for 30 days, quoting me full price to get a second FOB. I had the invoice number, the tech, visit date, everything, they refused to even offer a discount.
