I lost my keys and called these guys through AAA to get a replacement FOB and key. 7 months later the key blade fell out from the FOB. The only use it got was going in and out of a car on a keychain. Big Red refused to honor their work and said that their key FOBs are only covered for 30 days, quoting me full price to get a second FOB. I had the invoice number, the tech, visit date, everything, they refused to even offer a discount. If you're charging me hundreds of dollars for a key FOB it needs to last longer then 7 month... read more
RecommendedThe only keyfob I have for my 2010 Dodge Ram decided to stop working. Called a dealership, it would cost around $250 for a new one. Stopped into the shop and the guys got it working for $15!! To say that I was thrilled is an understatement. So glad I drove past their shop a few times, called and stopped in. They were all very nice to talk to. Thank you!!!

Thank you to Big Red Locksmiths, bought son first car only came with one key, stopped by dealership told me it would be over $100 for new key and that would have to make appointment to get done, well Big Red did it for half the cost included a key fob for door, it took them 5 minutes with out an appointment. Second time used them great customer service. Go Big Red
I had Big Red Locksmiths come out about my gun safe. Couldn't get the handle to engage on the door to open it. Jamison did his troubleshooting and found the factory had not put it together correctly or used the right length of a part. He drilled out the part to make it work and the safe literally works better than when I got it. The price was reasonable and worth every penny! Can't thank Big Red and Jamison enough for saving my skin on this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
i don't recommend this place because they suck at customer service and they don't stand by their work!if they do a bad job they will not do anything to correct it!it's better to use more reputable locksmiths in the area even if it costs more! i will NEVER use them again!!
