I'm awful at names but a very kind woman and man came at perfect timing. My cat has been peeing for longer than I suspected. I was able to get a quote, make an appointment, and have a beautifully smelling room again all under 24 hours!!! Seriously no other place can compare to Big Red Flooring. The price was very reasonable. They were very kind and easy to get along with, while allowing strangers in my home has always been a struggle for me. I had major pet stains on my carpet when I called Big Red Flooring. They were able to get me on the schedule right away. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job. My carpet looks brand new! Highly recommend!!!
