Went to the office, no one's there. The guy came wasn't very nice.
They weren't very nice. Not very helpful.

Went by to buy bolts. No one was at the counter. Poked my head into the adjoining office and asked for help. I was told "I heard you. I'll get to you when I'm finished here." It's a pet peeve I guess, but it seems like if you've taken the trouble to go to a store, they should attend to you then go back to their computer later.
