I can highly recommend Big Red Caravan Parts to source spares for your RV. We needed parts for our Thetford fridge which were difficult to source but Andy managed to track down the parts! He also kept us informed about any issues.
Very difficult web site. I gave up and went elsewhere. Could find the part I needed just couldn't buy it.
If I could give less than one star I would. Takes your money & doesn't respond. Had to get my bank to get a refund. Shouldn't still be operating. Stay away.
Made a purchase on Aug 10 2021, 45 days ago. Never received the item and have had no contact from seller on multiple attempts to receive details on item and or postage details. Steer clear and do not purchase from the seller.
These guys are the biggest rogues ever DO NOT DEAL WITH made an order, after 8 weeks later nothing I rang and was told we can’t get stock so I asked for refund after three further phone calls about my refund over 4 weeks they refuse to refund my money.
