Outstanding service and communication from initial quote to install to walking through all features. Easy to work with and trustworthy. Never upselling. Highly recommend.
Greg is a highly technical, responsive, friendly, and a true professional. He executed a spot-on installation of a complete ADT-based security system in our home. We are technically challenged seniors that needed our 25-year-old, system rapidly converted to a new system. Greg did it rapidly with dash, focus, and phenomenal technological and human interaction skills. Use and trust Big Red Alert for any size or complex project.
