Well I called Big Ray's about a windshield on Wednesday and they put it in on Thursday. They were so kind. They said it would take about an hour. They were right. They were very nice and directed me to a restaurant across the street. That's another story. Bottom line they were wonderful! ,
I felt terrible when I went in to have my windshield done. The gal was very friendly at first and then I had my dog with me and she totally l changed Not friendly at all !!!! I was very uncomfortable . I had to stand outside. It was hot No place to really be comfortable, except by that ugly gross river in front of their business that runs by Hartnell with all of the trash.. BEWARE OF FRAUD!!!! They will charge you for services they don’t offer or have access to! Recently had them replace my windshield and was also charged for calibrating the camera in my windshield. Immediately after they replaced my windshield I had multiple warning lights pop up on my dash. I then took my car to the dealer and explained to them what happened, that’s when I was told that Big Rays doesn’t calibrate their windshields and doesn’t even have the equipment to do so but they still charge customers for the service.
