Dumped a skip bin in the middle of the road right on a corner without council approval and left it there for over a week nearly causing numerous accidents.
Delivery truck wrecked our lawn and broke our drain pipe. I contacted big rat skip bins multiple times about getting the drain pipe repaired and after a month they still hadn’t done anything. Within a few days of posting this review they sent a plumber to fix the broken pipe.
Whoever drives the big rat maintenance prado needs to take driving lessons, aggressively tailgating and cutting people off doesn’t look good for the company.
