Our project manager and the work crew were great to work with. Very efficient and cleaned everything up after the job completion. I would give them 5 stars. I only gave 4 stars because of some of the communication with office staff was lacking.
A windstorm damaged my roof. I heard about this company on the radio. Veteran owned. BBB accredited. Good reviews. I contacted them. Had a great conversation. Set up an estimate. Nicholas came out seemed pleasant. Said he could put a nice new roof on for what the insurance was paying. The problems began once the job started. We were out of town when a neighbor sent us a picture of a limb that had gone through our roof. We called Big Rapids Roofing and they were quick to come out and remove the limb and tarp the hole. During the repair process, they brought to our attention the original roof had been put on incorrectly. They worked with our insurance company and made all of the necessary corrections and repaired the roof. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
