They knowingly exposed customers to covid19. I'm switching to Chewy for my dog food, and will choose to take my business elsewhere for anything else.
The employees of this store don't wear masks and now their customers may have been exposed to covid-19 between October 26 to October 29, 2020.
Staff has always been friendly on every visit, but today I had the 'pleasure' of meeting Manager Jessica and was treated very badly. I asked questions on my way in the store and again on my way out and got the same answer as I always have from everyone else. Today Jessica let me know 'I got lucky every other trip' and I was not able to complete the business I went to the store for.
Every year for the last 5 years I’m severely disappointed in Big R in Trinidad. The way they take care of their chicks is appalling. Each year I have complained to the manager and staff. It has never helped. They order way too many birds and keep them in a confined space. The chicks get bored and peck at each other. Countless birds were bleeding and every bird is missing feathers. This place has everything, from cowboy hats to bags of free popcorn.
This place rocks!! Great products, great service. We shop there a several times a month
