Buyer Beware!!Mower shop is the WORST! Paid 9000 for a ferris (junk) mower. Its been in their shop 6 times in the last 8 years. Recently had another issue with it so back it went. They had the mower 8 weeks and I never received one phone call from them about the issue with it this time. I had to go into the store to talk with someone because noone would answer the phone in the shop. I was told parts had been ordered for it on TWO seperate occassions. I made a appoiuntment for February 21st to have my zero turn mower worked on. I was told it would be done with in the week. They needed a $30 deposit. for what I did not know at the time - I was told it was a new policy. Did I mentiopn that I spent over $3000 when I bought it new in 2016. I gave them a list of what I needed done. Long story short after many phone calls as to when I could come and get it - finally 5 weeks later I was told it was ready. I was not a happy camper.
