I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Big Q Automotive has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and costly. On September 4, 2025, I paid $1,375 for a drive shaft installation. After driving less than 21 miles, the drive shaft failed again, causing additional damage to my tail housing transmission extension. I had to take my car elsewhere to have it repaired correctly, which cost me another $1,166 out of pocket.
