If you like dampness and mold this is the place for you. And a manager that is especially rude or whatever he is... Absolutely horrible place I do not recommend storing any of your items here tightly cramped you really can't get around only thing I would store there is maybe an RV but for actual storage units no. And the guy that is there is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever met.
Terrible, no one ever answers the phone, i’ve canceled my unit multiple times and they keep charging me for it. All my things caught mold or had rat poop on it so it had to be thrown away. Is terrible, poorly kept and barely any customer service.
The best storage in big pine key nice and clean storage and nice costumer service.
It's not always about "just your stuff" that makes a storage facility excel. While my treasures were safe for the last 3 years (including hurricanes), I was safe. If you rent there, you will be taken care of by Dayron, who is helpful, friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to be around. I had needed his help several times and he was always there. Five stars plus for Dayron!
