Arrived in Big Pine Key for the weekend towing my boat and trailer from Miami only to arrive minus 1 trailer wheel. Lost all 6 lugs on one of the rotors a d the wheel came off on the road as I was less than a mile from my destination. I cantacted Big Pine Key Marine, called them late in the evening on a Friday and they answered. Described my problem, brought the trailer over to their shop and Brett and his team jumped right on it and had me back on the road in less then 3 hours at a reasonable price!! Rude, horrible people, they have no idea what they are doing and should be out of business.
Had a bearing blow completely off on trailer. Captain Brett came to the rescue and helped me when i needed it most. Great recommendation.
Brett is the man! My dad’s boat was running sluggish and had trouble getting on plane on the first day of our trip to Big Pine Key for the week. I called Big Pine Marine on the 4th of July at 5:30 and they answered and had us in the shop the next day at 9:00am! Within a couple hours the boat was done and ready to pick up the same day by noon! Great people and great service! Very helpful and saved our trip!
We are not from the area, we are from northern Florida. We are super familiar with water, being in shallow water etc but had an issue hitting something in the water in cudjoe key and didn’t know what to do. We called around and found this local owned business. He answered immediately, he was literally about to leave for the day but waited for us. Mind you this is a holiday as well.
