My wife and I used Big Pig BBQ to cater our son’s birthday party for 40 guests. We ordered sausage, ribs, chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, and cornbread. This was a 10/10 BBQ experience. They packaged everything so we could heat it up the next day, gave us a full packet of reheating instructions, plenty of extra barbecue and other sauces, and even helped load everything into the car while explaining best practices. Big Pig Barbecue did and amazing job at our wedding! Everyone raved about the food, and they managed to grill chicken perfectly even in an absolute downpour (with tents of course). They were professional, easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out amazing. Highly recommend!
This is the second year in a row we have had Big Pig BBQ for our company outing at Lynch Park. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. The service and professionalism are outstanding, and our team was well taken care of. You won't be disappointed and will definitely come back for more!
Best decision to hire to cater our end-of-the-year marina party in Salisbury. Big Pig was great to work with from start to finish. Chris was great to talk to and put 3 of his best guys to cater our event. The food was amazing it was a hit with all the guests! We had the Brisket , ribs pulled pork , mac and cheese , coleslaw, and cornbread and the flow was great to get the guests fed in a timely manner . Highly highly recommend and can't wait till they open in Salisbury in spring 2026 ! Thank you guys from Cove marina !!
