Great quality, SCAM pricing Have had several items framed at Big Picture. They always provided top quality and wonderful service. I have been of the opinion that they are a bit pricey but worth it. I have always been suspicious of their so called everyday 30% discount-I am of the opinion that they marked up the price to cover the discount. Picture Framing I have used Big Picture to mount many cross stitches. They have a large selection of frames and matting and their framing has been very high quality, especially being a specialty produce. I was once dissatisfied with a frame and they immediately replaced it. Very good, quality service. I will definitely go back.
