The best most efficient and helpful Pharmacy and Pharmacist I have come across... Ms. Cheah Jeng Yuen was so patient and diligent in gathering my order of meds and was very helpful in recommending alternatives and such, she even layan me during her off days... Thank you JY.
The staffs are great. I get that they can mistakes sometimes or are busy handling something else, but being able to maintain a friendly attitude is a feat in itself for sure.Even something as simple as being friendly goes a long way not just to customers but between staffs too. Being friendly just lightens the mood and the environment feels calm, it benefits everyone. When you help someone, you help everyone.
Thank you to Pharmacist Ms Sharon and staff Ms Intan for helping me recently in getting replacement under warranty for my ear thermometer which have defect . Much appreciated
