I am extremely disappointed to have experienced the same poor customer service at this branch once again. The cashier, RC11183 (as shown on my receipt), continues to serve customers with an unfriendly, and not a pleasant communication skill. I previously submitted a complaint regarding the same staff member, hoping that management would address the issue and provide the necessary guidance or customer service training.
