Hi... I am a Singaporean customer. There was a crowd when I visited BIG Pharmacy (opposite KSL) this afternoon. Despite the crowd, the two staff manning the counter were cool and calm, handling and managing the customers well. Pharmercist Ms Tan Lin Xin attended to me. The way she answered my inquiries were very professional. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very patient, and always wear a smile on her face even when attending to customers despite the crowd. Very poor customer service. I was looking for St Ives facial scrub, when ask the sales person - 3 of them are standing there with 1 blocking the aisle, their answer " we dont carry it"when it right behind them at the rack . I point it out to them , one of them answer me .." oh that , I dont know, I only use Safi" . Very rude . Zero product knowledge

Laurier Super Slim Guard 35cm 12s ，我这星期的星期二才在那边买，一包算我 RM17.45 ，我还问店员为什么价钱那么高，他们说起价了，我今天在Big Pharmacy Seri Alam 买，一包原价算RM10.50 ，扣到来RM 9.45，我想请问一下，就相差几天，为什么价钱可以飞到那么高？我不是在新加坡做工的，我在本地做工的，我们的钱不是大风刮来的，也是辛苦钱，可是Taman Abad 的价钱1包顶2包，有人能出来解释下吗

The selection is good and prices are competitive. However the female chinese pharmacist was full of herself , arrogant and rude. Her nose is so high up the sky. I wanted to buy oral minoxidil and she insisted through the other shop assistant I needed to have a prescription issued in Malaysia. She was looking and doing her own thing thoughout and did not once look up. No other pharmacies I visited including Watson’s or guardian was this difficult and arrogant to deal with.

Will like to share that Ms Miza and Mr Sunny are very very helpful and patience. Always served with smiling despite the crowd and long q. Besides these two, the rest of the staff are extremely doing extra mile. Forgotten to take down their name. Will be visit again on October 2026 and will take down their names. This outlet opposite KSL.
