Requested for medicine via AIA's Digital Health and the order was assigned to this outlet. 6 hours later and there was no medicine, let alone the delivery status. I had to reach out to them, to find out the entire order was held up due to the pharmacy not having the requested brand and only suggested an alternative during then. The fact that I had to get in contact with them meant that the meds would never had arrived if I did not do so, and especially when it is medicine that you need to get better.
