Horrible and dissapointing experience with the pharmacist service! Wanted to order a box of medication from Ara Damansara outlet as I am unable to travel far but they have no stock. However, they are thoughtful enough to contact BIG Pharmacy to transfer the stock so I can just walk over to purchase. However, BIG rejected. BIG is uncooperative and unhelpful. BIG insisted that I should travel to their outlet to purchase instead. Overall, I do not recommend anyone to support this branch.
