Had a really pleasant experience at Big Pharmacy SS15. The staff were very friendly and patient, especially when explaining medications. Felt very comfortable asking questions. Highly recommend!
Service was quick even though it was quite busy. Staff handled customers efficiently without compromising on quality！highly recommended 😍
Horrible and dissapointing experience with the pharmacist service! Wanted to order a box of medication from Ara Damansara outlet as I am unable to travel far but they have no stock. However, they are thoughtful enough to contact BIG Pharmacy to transfer the stock so I can just walk over to purchase. However, BIG rejected. BIG is uncooperative and unhelpful. BIG insisted that I should travel to their outlet to purchase instead. Overall, I do not recommend anyone to support this branch.
Fantastic service when i went there to pick up a few things. Wife had a sprained ankle. They actually had the brace upstairs but their staff actually got a chair doe my wife to sit. He brought down all of the braces and was patient and explained how they work, how to wear them and even let her try them on until she picked one. I don't even live in the area but if I gotta come back to a pharmacy. I come back to this branch in future.
Went to Big Pharmacy on 24th of Dec 2025. The pharmacist - Kai Yee, served me very well. Explained a lot of things to me even tho I have a lot of questions. Surely will come back for another time if I need to buy anything
