The pharmacist on duty need to understand that anyone coming to get consultation should be referred to hospital or clinic and not attending to one customer forever and making other customers to wait forever. Don't only think about profit but also doing things right.. So disappointed coz sometimes I noticed the pharmacist will show more attention to their own race ignoring other ppl waiting in line
