Good service and very fast respond. The store have a wide range of medicines, easy for me to restock my mom medical supply. Thank you big pharmacy
Mixed experience here. The retail staff can be quite rude and unhelpful—when you ask about a product, they look like they don’t want to be bothered and have a sour face. However, the pharmacist is the complete opposite! They are very nice and give excellent, detailed advice on medications based on your illness. Another thing to note is the layout. Cara bercakap juga agak rude dan kelihatan bad mood ketika melayan pelanggan. Selepas pembayaran selesai pun tiada ucapan terima kasih. Harap pihak pengurusan dapat tingkatkan mutu layanan pelanggan.
