i came here to resolve something simple, an inflamed mouth ulcer. i got prescribed with a rm20 gel. after days of using it diligently, i realized it's not getting better, if anything it's getting worse and more inflamed. since it's bothering my day-to-day activities, i went to another pharmacy and showed the pharmacist what ive been using. to my surprise it was just an herbal gel. I called Big Pharmacy @ PJ Old Town to inquire if they carried a particular medicine. I was attended to by the Pharmacist, Mr Ung, who was most patient and professional. Altho' the outlet did not stock this medicine, he diligently accessed the system to locate another outlet, furnishing me all relevant details (name of outlet, address, price). His polite demeanor and caring attitude impressed me. Compliment to you, Sir!
