two days ago, i tried buying a tin of powdered milk and was told the shelf price is wrong as the price has increased. this practice is illegal. this has happened before here. the pharmacist at the back couldn’t be bothered to look at me or say a word. the next time this happens, i’m going to file a report with the relevant ministry.
