Attentive. But incorrectly given the wrong advise to customer taking Monurol. Claimed to take right after meal when it’s supposed to be taken on empty stomach. Could have also advised to be taken at night after emptying bladder. Need to improve pharmacy practice knowledge. Not just selling product. Date 4th June 2026.
The pharmacy environment is very hygienic, lovely and beautiful. Soothing music, very good staff, Nisa was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly, Tasha was also very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the sales experience. Fantastic staff. Best wishes. Thank you very much.
