Very disappointing experience. The cashier did not know the promotion and asked us to wait while she checked. She stayed at the cashier counter and even said she wrote it down to check. After we waited about 5 minutes, she suddenly asked us what we were waiting for, as if she had completely forgotten she was the one who told us to wait.
