I was at Big Pharmacy, Mutiara Rini today, and I noticed a stray cat had climbed onto a table behind the prescription counter. The staff did not take any immediate action until I pointed it out, which is unacceptable. They gave an excuse that the cat entered when the door was opened for customers, but that does not justify the lack of prompt response. I am a regular customer at Big Pharmacy Mutiara Rini since it was opened . The service used to be excellent , however recently the service level has dropped. There is a what's app number that we can message to get information on the availability of certain medicine , however the respond time is not acceptable . The store used to be managed by Mr Tan some time back and the team has been excellent .
