Even though this is by design a 'small' BIG but it turned out to be quite convenient as a neighborhood pharmacy (parking is aplenty). The prescriptions in stock may not be as complete as the 'big' BiG but communication via WhatsApp chats with a couple of very helpful pharmacists, and a little proactiveness to order ahead will make this an almost seamless experience.
I was served by a pharmacist assistant named Irfan, and I was very impressed with his service. He was knowledgeable about the supplement I was looking for and even recommended a better alternative that suited my needs. He was also very friendly, approachable, and professional throughout the interaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy, as the customer service here is excellent.
