I am writing on behalf of my friend, who is extremely disappointed and honestly furious with his recent experience at Big Pharmacy. He is already a Big Pharmacy member. During his visit, he enquired about BioLife products, but the pharmacist/sales staff informed him that the items were out of stock and casually suggested that he go to Caring Pharmacy instead.
