2 of the staffs (one of them is pharmacist i guess by the white coat) were very arrogant. i think they treat customers due to their looks, you look rich or has Singaporean vibes, you are welcomed. Thanks but no thanks, will go to other pharmacy.
There's a staff member (wearing glasses with acne) whose attitude was extremely rude. If a prescription is no longer valid, just explain it politely to the customer. How are we supposed to know the pharmacy's protocols? There was absolutely no need to raise your voice and then say, "Oh, now she's getting angry at us." If you don't know how to speak respectfully to customers, then you shouldn't be dealing with them. People come to the pharmacy because they're already sick and just want to buy their medication.
