Good customer service
I returned to this pharmacy today after seven years, only to experience downright awful service. Two staff members ignored me completely for nearly 10 minutes while I stood right at the counter. Even though they were assisting other customers, a quick nod or brief acknowledgment is basic customer care. I eventually had to approach a lady who turned out to be the branch pharmacist, Miss Ng.
