Great experience at Big Pharmacy. Friendly staff, helpful advice, and a clean, well-organized store. Assisted by staff Faa, who was very kind and professional. Everything was easy to find. Will definitely return.
I asked the pharmacist for ibuprofen and mentioned I had no preference. Didnt realise the one she chose was RM16.50 for 10 capsules (so expensive!) and paid in a rush. After noticing the price, I requested a refund but was told only exchanges are allowed. I then asked for the cheapest option and was informed it costs around RM4.
