My family & I are regulars & members of Big Pharmacy. After my mom's knee replacement surgery, she needed a special blood thinner & many phamarcies do not carry it. We approached Big Pharmacy Jalan Ipoh & the pharmacist referred us to Ampang branch as they have the meds. I contacted Ampang branch & was attended to by Mira ! She arranged everything - delivered the meds to our door step via lalamove. So convenient. Superb service ! Hope all the Big Pharmacies maintain or improve to a high service level like this !
