1/5/2026 Around 11:00am Pharmacist counter (back) 2 orang staf (1 L & 1 P) bercakap-cakap dan tidak bersedia menerima pelanggan yang sudah berada di hadapan kaunter. Apabila pelanggan mula bertanya, yang keluar dari mulut salah 1 staf ini adalah... Sekejap ye encik. Sebagai seorang pelanggan dengan keahlian, sungguh tidak dapat menerima keadaan begitu. Keluar dan terus ke farmasi lain. Pihak atasan boleh check cctv jika ada di situ.
