I visited your pharmacy this afternoon and was really dissatisfied with the situation that happened. I think your staff need basic training on how to communicate with customers. 1. My friend was having a severe constipation. So we asked your staff if there any medication that could help with the issue. 2. A friendly and helpful service from this big pharmacy branch! I came in quite late, around 10pm, close to the shop’s closing time. Despite working overtime, the staff at the 3 Damansara branch were still very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate their attitude — definitely recommend!
