Very pleasant experience every time here. The service is top notch! shoutout to nutritionist Saiful, pharmacist Chen, sales assistant Syafrina (hope I got the name right), and the lovely Malay lady cashier who assisted us with the milk as well. Honestly, every visit to BIG Pharmacy, the staff are always helpful and welcoming. Big kudos to both the team and the frontline staff

I visited your pharmacy this afternoon and was really dissatisfied with the situation that happened. I think your staff need basic training on how to communicate with customers. 1. My friend was having a severe constipation. So we asked your staff if there any medication that could help with the issue. 2. A friendly and helpful service from this big pharmacy branch! I came in quite late, around 10pm, close to the shop’s closing time. Despite working overtime, the staff at the 3 Damansara branch were still very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate their attitude — definitely recommend!
