I was actually at the New Balance store but the customer service was bad, so I decided to drive an extra 8 minutes. Even though they have a smaller selection, BPRC has the exceptional customer service that makes up for it. Olivia is AMAZING. She took her time explaining and understanding my needs. Her very first recommendation was a perfect match. I will be back just for HER. I really hope they appreciate her.

I just got some new shoes today from Big Peach and hands up, this was the best/most informative shoe experience I’ve had. Olivia walked me through their free gait analysis to see what type of shoe is best for me. She made the experience SO fun, educational, and intentional. She answered all of my questions and genuinely took her time to help me find what I needed/wanted. 10/10!!! Go see Olivia for sure!!

The cheapest person I know told me to buy shoes here. Which is shocking, because the shoes are quite expensive. But after the experience I had, I can't argue. I worked with Jason at the Decatur store, who provided top tier customer service. He explained everything clearly, listened to all of my concerns, asked excellent follow-up questions, and even constructed blind tests to make sure I got not only the best possible shoe for me but the best insert as well. As a plus sized person, running can be very intimating and demanding. All runners, especially plus sized ones, should invest in a proper pair of running shoes. If I were looking for a good place to start with that search, I’d start here. This store is amazing! They have wonderful inventory for all runners and a very helpful and courteous staff that will guide you to your perfect pair. I had a great experience today at Big Peach Running Co. in Decatur! I was a little nervous because this was my first time going in a running store to get fitted for the right shoe. Andrew was amazing! He helped fit me, and find the right shoe for my needs. He was super knowledgable and patient throughout the whole process! Shopping small is the best!
