Awesome experience as a first timer at the BPRC in Decatur——— My husband, who had shopped with them before, suggested that I go in to be fitted for a new pair of walking shoes, and I am so happy he did. I forget the young man’s name who assisted me, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and kept changing my mind on which shoe to get. Just visited to get a new pair of shoes. Jason was very helpful! He tested my feet and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. He was super friendly and had very positive energy. Definitely recommend going here if you want a new pair of running shoes and don’t know what you’re looking for!
I was actually at the New Balance store but the customer service was bad, so I decided to drive an extra 8 minutes. Even though they have a smaller selection, BPRC has the exceptional customer service that makes up for it. Olivia is AMAZING. She took her time explaining and understanding my needs. Her very first recommendation was a perfect match. I will be back just for HER. I really hope they appreciate her.
