I had no intention of buying shoes - the trip was for my wife. After I saw the care and time the staff put into her experience I decided to try it out. From the foot scan to the proper measurements, to the staff happily bringing out pair after pair, I can easily say this was the most enjoyable shoe (or clothing) experience I've had that I can remember. I walked away with a new pair of Asics that are already providing great support for my supination. Our family will keep showing here.

I had the best experience here. I walked in, as someone new to running and training for my first 5K and Alden was super nice and helpful. I was greeted upon walking in, and the service there is top notch. I was kind of nervous and outside my comfort zone, but Alden made me comfortable and explained how he could help with selecting shoes. He did some tests with my feet, how I walk, etc. and recommended some shoes that would be great for my feet. I didn't feel any sales pressure at all, and he answered all of my questions. This was my first visit to any Big Peach location and I chose it based on positive Google reviews. I wanted to have my feet sized to find out if I am still wearing the correct shoe instead of just ordering online. As soon as I walked in Olivia greeted me and got me started right away on using their machine to not only determine my size but the best type of shoe.
