Excellent Customer Service! I went to the store and was greeted by the Retail Associate Olivia who was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me. Told them I was just getting into running in the park and I needed appropriate running shoes. She was very knowledgeable on the different designs & styles of shoes and recommended me a couple pairs based on my needs & preferences. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Everything was above expectation here. From the foot scan to gait analysis, Matthew gave me a ton of time and helpful suggestions for a new shoe. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience! You *have* to try on running shoes. Companies change new models tiny ways and you just never know--I went in expecting to buy the next version of what I had. Charlie helpfully suggested a few different brands/models that were not on my radar. Turns out one of his suggestions was exactly what I was looking for!
