My husband brought me a ring out of there within an hour he had misplaced his receipt. She knew he had just walked out of there and mine you she had a copy of the receipt and wouldn't exchange the ring for something different. He didn't even want a refund just something different I would never shop there again!!!
Had me come in over 5 times in 1 day just to say they can't do nothing. They don't accept many things. Told me to go to ez pawn up the street. Do not take your business and items here. Run away very unprofessional
