On March 11, 2023 I used this mover to bring things from my storage area to my new home in Kings Mills, OH Unfortunately, not only was my furniture damaged, but they left my Washer in the middle of the kitchen floor as they stated they could not get it in the basement. (i had a neighbor and his 14 year old boy get it down there without any trouble) They put gouges in my floor, and when they said they were going to step outside to "call the boss" they took off with my dolly and just left with machine in kitchen.
