8/25/2025 I've been struggling with BPWWID, for over a year, trying to recover funds they withdrew from my bank account after I sold the billed property. Prior to the sale, I notified them of the projected closing date. They have a record of my call but I was told the final confirmation needed to come from the title company. I find it sad that people can place a review on any website and it's posted without any verification of the facts. The review written by "Polly Smith" is fraught with inaccuracies, exaggerations and just flat out "untruths". Big Park DWID has over 2000 residents and we have happily serviced their customers for over 20 years. With a District that large, contacting customers who write checks that their bank rejects is not normally something we can do, however in an attempt to keep a lien from being placed on this property we d... read more
