They were scheduled to load my disabled father's U-Haul this morning and just never showed up. He is moving into assisted living and now we are scrambling to get someone to help because this company is unprofessional and unreliable. They didn't even communicate, they just didn't show up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Ricky and Isaac were great movers. They loaded the van by themselves with no direction needed and got our entire condo into a 15 foot van in less than 2 hours.
This was the 4th time my daughter has used Big Oxen Movers. Their crew is prompt, courteous, and hard working, and the price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this company.
