Rented a KX080 for 1 month for roughly $2800. Within first week the machine started losing power. Service tech came out and said he replace the fuel filter and cleaned out some debris from fuel lines. Second week Hoses for the hydraulic thumb started leaking and turned out that the O rings were shot. That same week it started losing power once again.... service tech came out and cleaned out the fuel filter again. This is the second time I have rented equipment from Big Orange Rentals in Naples. On both occasions the staff was a pleasure to work with. Pricing is fair and the equipment was in good shape. Due to unforeseen circumstances, on my part, I had to return the equipment early this time. Mike Garby the rental rep was understanding of my situation and only charged me for the hours used. I really appreciate Mr. Garby’s understanding of my situation and I will continue to rent equipment from Big Orange Naples.
