Well, not the most pleasant. Treated me like a stay at home mom that has nothing to do, but to wait until the last minute to have my carpets cleaned right before Thanksgiving. No sir, I am in construction and management. I definitely do not need to be treated like I lack intelligence. You need to realize that a stay at home mom has a little more intelligence than you do, sir. I have had my carpets cleaned during the winter every year since I own seasonal Airbnb's. You lost a lot of business. Giving you the #1 sign.
I moved into a house that had 3 dogs previously. I paid extra for decontamination as the smell was horrible. It was before we moved in so there was no furniture. Two months later the carpet still smells and it’s still filthy. Looked good for a day. I’d never use or recommend this service. Waste of time and money.
I had Big Orange come to clean the carpets in my office. I couldn’t believe how clean they were able to get the high traffic areas of the office. Will use again.
