After trying the elderberry and honey cinnamon sea moss, I have noticed that I have a lot more energy! The taste is very pleasant compared to other sea moss I have purchased. I usually put the two tablespoons into my coffee, but have also consumed it right out of the jar. I look forward to seeing what other health benefits come from adding this to my daily regimen. I will definitely be purchasing more from this site when I run out! Rita W.

Love Love Love this seamoss. I have tried the cinnamon honey butter and the Jamaican flavors. Both are amazing in coffee and tea and I love all of the health benefits as well. Definitely will be purchasing more!!!!

I purchased the cinnamon and honey seamoss from Big on Wellness. It was so delicious, even by itself. I’m huge on consistency but the flavor was so good! I use it on my teas and smoothies. The owner, Tiffany, was knowledgeable about the process and great health benefits! I’m definitely purchasing more!

I had pain in my knees and had to get steroid shots for pain relief in the past. Since I have been taking Sea Moss for 4 months from Big On Wellness I have not needed the shot or experienced the pain. I have tried the original gold and purple , cinnamon and honey, bladderwrack and burdock root Sea Moss. I enjoy mixing my Sea Moss with my oatmeal.
